Former American Football Star, OJ Simpsons Once Acquitted Of Wife’s Murder, Now Gets Parole For Arm Robbery After 9 Years

Recollect this was the same sports star that was indicted for wife’s murder and friend in 1995.This case sparked so many racial tension back then. After a lot of back and forth he was acquitted but however found guilty on the counts of Kidnap and arm robbery and he’s been serving time for the past 9 years.

Either the former American football star is a pure victim of racial discrimination or he has just been so unlucky. Whichever, the guy has missed out on most of the growing years of his children, now that he’s 70 years..

A panel of Nevada commissioners on Thursday afternoon granted O.J. Simpson parole for a Las Vegas robbery. Simpson, 70, has been in jail for nine years. Simpson could be released as early as October 1st.
“I take full responsibility,” Simpson said today.
This is a scene that many Americans had been waiting exactly 13 years to see. OJ Simpson, the former American football star widely believed to have got away with murder, was found guilty in a court of law, meaning he could spend the rest of his life behind bars, but now the reverse is the case.
