The Wicked Witch of the West was the original scream queen.

And Emma Roberts paid homage to her nemesis Dorothy Gale with a very Wizard Of Oz ensemble on Friday.

The 26-year-old appeared to put together a modern take on the iconic outfit worn by Judy Garland for her early dinner at at Joan's on Third.
