         The singer belted out two songs at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas

• The first one was Believe and her second tune was If I Could Turn Back Time
• Cher then received the Icon award from presenter Gwen Stefani
• In her speech she said she was lucky to be so successful and thanked her mom 
• She added: 'I have wanted to do this since I was 5 years old and I've been doing it for 53 years. I was 71 yesterday'
