A yogurt parfait is a simple and healthy snack that can work as breakfast or an after-school snack for kids
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped strawberries
- granola
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- A dish or glass deep enough to add at least 1 complete layer
DIRECTIONS
- Put 1/4 cup of yogurt into two parfait glasses, then drizzle with a teaspoon of honey.
- Sprinkle some blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and walnuts over the yogurt, then top with another 1/4 cup of yogurt and drizzle with more honey.
- Sprinkle the remaining fruit and nuts over the yogurt, and drizzle with additional honey if desired.
