“Mommy shaming is real! But the truth is I’ve tried and tried and tried to breast-feed only and it wasn’t working for me. I feel fortunate that I am able to breast-feed but with the help of formula,” the 33-year-old reality star tweeted on Thursday, June 7. “Breast-feeding is something I really wanted to do. Just am not fully able.”
“I think what surprises me the most is no matter how tired you are, you find this energy and patience for your child,” she wrote at the time. “You know that babies are so helpless and they rely on you for everything. So something just takes over and you find the energy for this helpless precious baby.”
Although Kardashian is currently playing house in Cleveland, Ohio, with True, momager Kris Jenner revealed exclusively to Us Weekly on May 31 that this will soon change.
“She’ll be home [in Los Angeles] soon, so it’s really great,” Jenner, 62, told Us, later confirming that the Good American founder will likely return home for good. The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch added “KhloĆ© us great! True is too. I’ve been FaceTiming with them for the past couple of weeks.”
Days before Kardashian gave birth, Us confirmed that Thompson, 27, had been cheating on her throughout her pregnancy. “Tristan is completely emotionally and physically exhausted from the cheating allegations,” a source told Us last month. “[KhloĆ©] doesn’t know how she’s going to rebuild trust in him. She knows her family and friends aren’t supporting him or her right now.”
