The 19-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians
star visited the South American country with his mother, 61, where on
Tuesday she met children affected by the facial birth defect in
association with the Smile Train organisation.
Dressed in a sporty ensemble, complete with a crop top and leggings, the reality favourite appeared to grow emotional as she cuddled baby Mia, the child whose face was saved by the surgery.

mogul Kylie is working alongside non-profit charity Smile Train in
conjunction with her wildly popular lip kit brand, with which she has
created a special colour with proceeds going to the charity.
The
organisation provides free surgeries for those in developing nations
born with the birth defect and the reality star is a staunch supporter
of the cause.
Arriving at the hospital in Lima,
Kris and Kylie looked beyond touched as they met the staff and cuddled
children suffering from the defect and awaiting surgery.
Kylie
was clad in a black crop top which acted to boost her cleavage while
she also flashed her abs while sporting skin-tight high-waisted leggings
and a hoodie.
