CHANNELS TV STATE HOUSE CORRESPONDENT,CHUKWUMA ONUEKWUSI DIES AT 55

It indeed a sad moment for Management and Staff of Channels Television as they lost their State House Correspondent, Chukwuma Onuekwusi to the cold hands of death.The media giant revealed that the journalist died at a private hospital in Abuja, in the early hours of today.

He has covered several beats on Channels Television before he was seconded to cover the Presidential Villa as the state house correspondent.

An excellent reporter who joined Channels Television from 1998 showed great passion for his job.

A perfect gentleman and a great family man.

He was a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Mr. Onuekwusi also worked in Imo Broadcasting Corporation, Owerri.

He died at the age of 55 and is survived by a wife and children.
