FG guaranteed ASUU didn't follow set down techniques before leaving on the mechanical activity.
The Minister of Labor and Employment, Dr Chris Ngige, gave the administration's situation in Abuja after the Federal Executive Council meeting on Wednesday.
He said ASUU didn't give the legislature the "obligatory notification" expected of an association before continuing on the strike.
The pastor stated, "I am in stun. The strike is unlawful on the grounds that they didn't give us the required notification.
"On the off chance that you pull back administrations you despite everything need to be paid, it is defilement. Is that not defilement?"
