Ita-Oyo was summoned before Justice Taiwo on a 18-tally charge. She was summoned with two of her previous assistants – Garba Umar and Ubong Okon Effiok.
Upon their arraignment, the three argued not liable, while not liable request was similarly recorded for six organizations accused of them.
In a decision a minute prior, Justice Taiwo conceded Oyo-Ita bail at N100m, while Umar and Effiok got bail at N50m each.
The adjudicator coordinated that every one of the litigants must give two sureties, among different conditions.
Equity Taiwo discharged them to their legal counselor, with a condition that they should report at the workplace of the arraigning organization, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for the following seven days until they meet the bail conditions.
The adjudicator cautioned that they will be remanded in guardianship ought to neglect to meet the bail conditions at the termination of the seven days.
