The rainstorm, which began around early afternoon that decisive day was joined by a substantial windstorm that passed over housetops of more than fifty houses and rendered numerous families destitute.
The shocking occurrence, which happened in Jibam District and environs of Pankshin LGA base camp of Plateau Central Senatorial Zone of the state, has tossed the occupants into disarray and frenzy as the greater part of the influenced people are stranded.
Portraying the occurrence to DAILYPOST in Jos, an occupant of Jibam town, Samnaan Pebhilip, regretted that the tempest destroyed unfathomable ruin on the network.
As per Pebhilip, who works a square industry in the town, stated: "a large portion of us have lost property worth a great many Naira and the general mind-set in the network is one of misery and disarray in light of the fact that as the wet season sets in, our seedlings have been finished annihilated in the rainstorm."
In any case, when DAILYPOST reached the Plateau State Emergency Management Agency, SEMA, on what the office is doing to improve the sufferings of the influenced people, a Senior authority of the organization who might not need her name in print stated: "We are yet to get an official report with that impact."
