Meet Sean Payton, The First NFL Coach To Test Positive For Coronavirus

Sean Payton, lead trainer of the New Orleans Saints, tweeted on Thursday that he is at home and has the novel coronavirus, CNN reports.

"Welcome the well wishes. I'm feeling good and blessed to not have any of the respiratory side effects. 4 additional days at home. #BEATCovid," he composed, alluding to the name of the infection brought about by the infection.

Payton incorporated a selfie that incorporates a canine sharing his lounge chair.

Payton revealed to ESPN that he began to feel unwell Sunday and was tried Monday. The Saints mentor says he is self-detaching at home and feeling exhausted, yet isn't encountering a fever or hack.

There have been in excess of 380 cases announced in Louisiana, with a lion's share being in the New Orleans territory.

Payton is the first NFL figure to openly recognize he has had a positive test.

Payton, 56, has been the lead trainer of the New Orleans Saints since 2006. Prior to that, he had employments with nine NFL or school groups, including the Dallas Cowboys.
