Wike Locks Down Rivers State, Closes All Borders Over Coronavirus

As indicated by The Nation, Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has declared all out lockdown of the state as a component of exceptional measures to forestall the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic.
