However, in an announcement, Lanre Issa-Onilu, APC representative; and Babatunde Ogala, APC national legitimate counselor, handled Gaidom, depicting his activity as illicit.
Gaidom, be that as it may, kept up his stand, saying since the gathering's constitution gives him the forces to hold influence.
"With the end goal of clearness and placing the issue in legitimate point of view, I wish to express that the choice to require a crisis National Executive Committee meeting for March 17, 2020 was taken in severe consistence with the constitution of the gathering," he said.
"It is on record that the past National Chairman, Mr. Adams Oshiomhole, has been suspended by a court of capable purview. The two delegate national administrators are no longer in office.
"The following most senior gathering office ought to be the secretary-general of the gathering. In any case, as we as a whole know, the past national secretary in the individual of Hon. Mai Mala Buni is currently the Executive Governor of Yobe state. Consequently, as the acting national secretary, I have the protected capacity to control exercises of our extraordinary gathering.

Gaidom said the gathering would manage the cost of the gathering a chance to address the gathering's difficulties.
