The police accused Mohammed of one tally of hindering an open officer in the release of his open capacities.
Boss Magistrate Abubakar Adamu, who conceded the blamed to safeguard, requested that Mohammed must deliver one surety in like aggregate.
Adamu deferred the case until Nov. 26, for hearing.
Prior, the Prosecutor, Sgt. Abubakar Mohammed, had told the court that the offense was submitted on Nov. 7, at the Chief justices court III, Sokoto.
The examiner said that denounced was said to have caused obstacle by making pointless clamor while the managing officer was leading continuing.
The investigator said that even after the central justice requested her to quit making commotion, she cannot.
He said that the offense contradicted the arrangements of Section 148 of the Penal Code.
NAN reports that whoever willfully blocks an open officer in the release of his open capacities will be rebuffed with detainment for a term which may stretch out to three months or with fine which may reach out to N40 or with both.
