The Bayelsa Commissioner of Police, Mr. Joseph Mukan, told newsmen in Yenagoa that a 24-year-old suspect was captured regarding outfitted theft and murder of Corporal Sammy Saturday, who was killed at Tombia indirect, Yenagoa, in October.
