Shocking: 300L Benue State University Student Shot Dead By Cultists Over Missing Trouser

One Oketa Simon, a 300level Mass Communication undergrad of Benue State University, has been killed. 


The Benue State Police Command has captured a presumed cultist over the criminal demonstration, Daily Trust reports. 

Simon, additionally a presumed cultist, was shot dead on November 6, 2018, in a ranch inverse Rahama Clinic Logo II Makurdi. 

The Police captured 18-year-old Samuel Ochoechi, a nonunderstudy in association with the wrongdoing. 

Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for Benue direction, Moses Joel Yamu, who affirmed the episode on Thursday, said one individual had been captured regarding the wrongdoing. 

"Following up on a report that one Oketa Simon, a 300 level Mass Communication undergrad of Benue State University was shot dead on Tuesday, November 6 at about 7:30pm in a homestead inverse Rahama Clinic Logo II Makurdi, the Police captured one Samuel Ochoechi 18 years, a non-understudy in association with the wrongdoing. 

"The suspect amid examination admitted to having planned with three others in particular;

 Bem Upper otherwise known as Movement, Viper, and Chemical (genuine names not known) – all individuals from the Red Confraternity and slaughtered the perished who is said to be an individual from the Black Confraternity over a missing Jean pant," he said. 

Exertion is progressing to capture every one of those engaged with the two killings. They would be charged to court when the examination is closed. 

Simon's companions have taken to Facebook to grieve his passing.
