Ihim, who put forth the illumination in an announcement marked by Mr. Marcel Ekwezuo, his Chief Press Secretary in Owerri on Friday, said the senator had completed his obligations inside the arrangements of the law.
He portrayed as deluding, the hints in a few quarters that a few individuals from the House had considered initiating indictment process against the senator.
"His Excellency, Owelle Rochas Anayo Okorocha, has so far acted and controlled the managerial hardware of Imo State inside the most saw and glaring ambits of the law.
"No individual from the Imo House of Assembly has mulled over, even remotely, the deceptive charge of his indictment," he said.
As per him, the prosecution procedures against any state representative is a protected issue yet included that it is neither done secretly nor stealthily.
"It is a demonstration done in the open, and no individual from the State Assembly has any learning of the invented and nonexistent said arraignment system."
