The News Agency of Nigeria reports in Lokoja on Sunday that the National Youth Service Corps part was playing out his essential task with INEC office in Lokoja and that the kid had a place with one of the INEC staff individuals.
The exploited people were returning at night from Ayingba, Kogi, where they went to the wedding service of another INEC specialist, NAN learned.
The Director of Voter Education and Publicity at Kogi Office of INEC, Mr. Ahmed Biambo, affirmed the episode in a phone meeting with NAN.
Biambo said that the exploited people were from the Information and Communication Technology and Accounts branches of INEC.
He said that the carcasses have been saved at the mortuary of the Federal Medical Center, Lokoja.
In the meantime the Kogi Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps, Mr. Olusegun Martins, couldn't remark on the episode as he didn't react to calls made to his phone number.
