Fani-Kayode, Abaribe & Others Who Stood As Surety For Nnamdi Kanu Land In Serious Trouble

The Federal High Court in Abuja, on Friday, cleared for initiation a suit looking for a request of mandamus to force the police and the Department of State Security Service to arraign certain people for purportedly supporting the break of the pioneer of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, from Nigeria, a report by Punch has uncovered.
 

In his decision on the issue, Justice John Tsoho, conceded an ex parte application giving leave to the offended party, Mr. Isiah Ayugu, to start the suit. 

He requested the suit to be served on the respondents – the DSS, its Director-General, the police and the Inspector-General of Police. 

He settled November 22 for the becoming aware of the suit.
