Two Of The Queen's Relatives KILLED In Horror Car Crash On South African Family Holiday

Two relatives of The Queen have been killed in a horror car crash while on holiday.Louise Sword, 53, and her 13-year-old daughter Tabitha were killed on their way back from a safari.....

The fatal crash took place near Zinkwazi in KwaZula-Natal province, South Africa, after a Mercedes reportedly hit their car.

Tabitha died at the scene while mum of two Louise passed later on, Daily Star reports.

The driver of the Mercedes, a 60-year-old female, also reportedly died at the scene.

Louise’s husband Alistair and the pair’s 11-year-old son Benjamin remain in hospital in a critical but stable condition.
The pair were cut free from their SUV and airlifted to a nearby hospital.

It is believed that the family were all wearing seat belts during their drive.

The Queen’s cousin, Lady Helen Taylor, who missed out on a spot at Prince Harry's wedding to Meghan Markle, is married to Louise’s older brother Tim Taylor, 55, marking the tragic family’s relationship to the Royal family.

Lady Helen, a former fashion ambassador to Giorgio Armani, is 40th in line to the throne.

Her husband, Tim, is an art dealer who runs a gallery opposite Connaught Hotel near Hyde Park.

Commenting on the tragedy, the Foreign office said: “We’re assisting next of kin of a family in a road accident in South Africa."
