Ronan Keating’s wife, 36, shared images of her wound with her 90,000 Instagram followers after the altercation.
She revealed that her toddler son with Boyzone star Ronan, 15 month old Cooper, launched the accidental attack after picking up a fork.
Admitting that she’s somewhat grateful she got injured instead of her little boy, she sweetly added the hashtag "#rathermethanhim".
Storm got her stitches at a Singapore hospital, where Ronan is currently on tour with his boyband.
Designer Storm proudly showed off the mark left from the fork along her left eyebrow, as she posed for a selfie with her superstar husband.
She proceeded to share a snap of herself laying on a bed in the hospital, having the wound cleaned by doctors.
A third snap showed Storm receiving her stitches, although we’re spared from any gory detail.
Storm’s fan were quick to wish her a speedy recovery from her injury, flooding the comments section of the multi-upload.
“Oh dear God, what a horrible event! Best of luck for a quick recovery, Storm,” one person wrote.
Another added: “Oh no, hope it heals well for you,” before joking: “You'll always have one over little Coops now! ‘Remember the time…’”
