The Rocky actress, who was married to co-star Sylvester Stallone for two years, donned an all white ensemble for the photo collage.
Her matching top and cropped trousers hugged her impressive figure which she covered with a jacket.
Brigitte’s look was finished by an oversized pair of sunglasses as she modelled a silver pair of trainers.
The beauty’s 143,000 followers flocked to the comments section of the image, flooding the former Celebrity Big Brother star with well wishes.
“Stunning! And congratulations on your beautiful baby girl,” one wrote as another claimed she looked “better than ever.”
