Two days earlier, Kim threw Kourtney a mini birthday bash.
It appeared as if the little celebration took place in Ohio while they visited new mom Khloe, who was taking care of True amid the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal.
Kourtney showed off her stunning floral and fruit covered birthday cake on her Instagram stories on Monday night.
The mother of three also showed off another treat she received - donuts that read Happy Birthday Kourtney.
Meanwhile, Kim shared a series of snaps to her Instagram stories that may have been for her older sibling's birthday.
The brunette beauty posted a sweet photo of her daughter North, four, and Kourtney's daughter Penelope, five, to her Instagram page on Tuesday morning.
