You become a Pathological liar when you begin lying about everything, you are no longer trying to spare someone’s feeling. You always find a way to manipulate people and stretch the truth. You lie to make others like you and for friends to hate other friends.
You always want attention
When in a group of people, you tell stories that make you look better, you will create stories and gossip about others, you will say anything to keep the spotlight on you. And when you don’t notice them, they make a false complement just to have the attention yet want.

When you are telling lies, you can not look the other person directly in the eyes because you think you will give away fact you are not being truthful. One weakness Pathological liar has is the ability to being able to look another directly in the eyes and tell a sincere story.
The ever changing story
One thing with Pathological liars is that they are great storytellers but with terrible memories. The one thing about a pathological liar is that they can not keep their own stories straight. They have to keep adding new twists and turns, every time they tell the story and before they know it, they forgot how the story started.
Inability to confront the truth
When a pathological liar is confronted with his lies, they rather start a fight with both parties than come clean. They are also good at shifting blames.
