The Victoria Secret model, 21, posed nude on her stomach underneath a chandelier while propped up on a stone table.
She was holding onto a cigarette, but insisted it was just a prop.
She captioned the image: 'I don't smoke.'
Still, she could be accused of glamorizing nicotine addiction to her young, impressionable fan base.
