Jailed ex-Adamawa Gov. Ngilari wins at Appeal Court

Reprieve, on Thursday, came the way of for governor of Adamawa State, Bala Ngilari.

Nggilari was acquitted by an Appeal court sitting in Yola.
The Appeal Court set aside the ruling of the ‎state High Court which had earlier sentenced Ngilari to five year imprisonment.
Justice Ambrose Mamadi had convicted Ngilari for violating due process in procurement of 25 units of vehicles during his tenure as governor.
