9ice has also said there’s “no rift” between himself and actor/artiste, Falz.
The latter had recently urged his colleagues in the music business to stop glorifying fraud on their songs and many assumed he was referring to 9ice.
‘Living Things’, the recent hit single by 9ice appears to have lyrics suggestive of praising fraudsters – although the singer has over time said he was simply extolling hard work.
Falz’s
counsel set off a storm of comments by fans of both artistes and
neutral ones, leading to speculation that the pair were not seeing
eye-to-eye.
But on Monday night, Falz and 9ice had dinner together and each shared a 10-second video of them being chummy and friendly.“Settled”, was 9ice’s caption while Falz wrote: “Don’t get it twisted. There was never a Falz vs 9ice.”
The ‘Living Things’ singer will perform live with the popular Shuga Band at Renaissance Hotel, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.
