According to reports, Toilin and Suge Knight's business partner Mark Blankenship were charged with conspiracy to violate a court order, conspiracy to obstruct justice and conspiracy to commit grand theft for selling the incriminating video of Suge running two men over with his truck on the set of “Straight Outta Compton” to TMZ, for the cost of $55,000.
Already, Toilin has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
If convicted on the three felony counts, Kelly and Blankenship face up to three years in prison. The pair is also accused of allegedly assisting in a plan to bribe witnesses to testify on Knight's behalf.
