'It's absolute c***!' Lisa Snowdon, 45, says it's 'unfair and derogatory' to tell women when to stop wearing a bikini as she dons hers in a steamy shoot.....
She became one of the UK's most in-demand models after being spotted at the tender age of 19 and more than than two decades later, Lisa Snowdon, now 45, still looks at her best.
But the London-based star doesn't put it down to youth-enhancing creams or rigorous workout regimes. Indeed, Lisa says it's all thanks to a newfound confidence that came from accepting that she - and her fellow mature females - are 'ageless'.

Lisa dubs herself - and other women her age - 'midsters', telling MailOnline: 'Mid-life is anything but a barren middle ground between youth and old age; mid-life for today’s 45 - 65-year-olds is a distinct and exciting phase of life!

'Society is ageless and we're defined by our passions and hobbies. It's an amazing period in our lives.'

Lisa, who now loves to go on holiday by herself thanks to her newfound confidence, also believes that as she's gotten older, she's grown in confidence and is even more accepting of her body.

To prove her point, she's stripped off to model JD Williams' new range of swimwear and maintains that women are never too old to don a bikini.

Lisa, who believes the phrase 'mutton dressed as lamb' is 'derogatory and unfair', said: 'It's absolute c*** to be told there's an age when you should stop wearing something.

'We see men wearing Speedos at all ages and don't comment on that. Wear a bikini for as long as you want; it's your body,' she said.
