So it's no wonder John Terry wanted to show off his wife Toni Terry's lithe physique, sharing a sizzling bikini shot on Sunday of the WAG during their family holiday in Portugal.

Mother-of-two Toni, 35, looked sensational in a skimpy multi-coloured string bikini, which highlighted her ample assets and rock-hard abs.

Letting her statement swimwear do all the talking, the brunette beauty rocked a pair of mirrored sunnies as she posed poolside against their lush villa backdrop.

She captioned the sizzling shot on Instagram: 'Feeling happy #portugal #healthylifestyle.'

She later showed off her peachy posterior in a revealing orange bikini, before slipping into a printed two-piece for a day of sunbathing during a boat trip.

And posing with John in another snap, the WAG wore her ombre locks in a tousled beachy style and protected her eyes from the Algarve rays with reflective aviators.
Former Chelsea footballer John, 36, revealed an incredible set of abs as he posed in a pair of azure and white swims shorts covered in butterfly prints.

With identical six-packs and glowing tans, the couple looked perfectly in sync as they cuddled up for the romantic snap.

Toni later showed off her toned legs and honed arms as she took part in a game of beach volleyball, which was later shared by her loving husband.

The couple are both heavily into their fitness, with Toni regularly posting videos and photos of her gruelling workouts to her Instagram page.

The pair are also holidaying with their twins Georgie John and Summer Rose, who turned 11 last month.

Toni has dated John from the age of 16, when he was a year older and an apprentice footballer on £48 a week still living with his family in an estate in Barking, East London.

Their romance endured and they tied the knot at Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire, in 2007.

John looked to be enjoying some down time with his family during a quiet time in his career - having not played since February's FA Cup win over Wolves.

While things have been quiet for the former England captain on the career front of later reports say he is poised to sign a £100,000 a week move to Premier League side Bournemouth.
