Fans of Eastenders were left 'confused' on Monday night as Kush Kazemi made a miraculously quick recovery from open heart surgery.
Viewers were convinced they had 'missed an episode' as the market stall holder, played by Davood Ghadami, proved to be in good health on the latest episode after he was wheeled into the operating room on Friday.
Kush, who was proposed to by Denise ahead of his open heart surgery last week, seemed to have made a remarkable recovery - leaving baffled viewers to express their scepticism.
It wasn't just Kush's speedy recovery that caused concern for viewers, as on Monday's episode he was spotted vising his mum Carmel in hospital.
She was admitted to hospital as doctors carried tests to see if she had the rare heart condition, brugada syndrome.
Carmel's testing came after Kush was rushed to hospital last week after suffering from a heart attack - leading him to have emergency surgery.
However, on Monday's episode he appeared to have made a full recovery - prompting viewers to take to Twitter with their uncertainty:
'Anyone else feel like they have missed an episode of? Kush is fine, Ted and Joyce are out and Carmel is in hospital WTF.'
'Hold up, did I miss an episode or something here. Kush was off into surgery last time I saw him... #eastenders
'Admit it, everyone looked on BBC iPlayer to see if they missed an episode #eastenders.'
'Did i miss an episode of eastenders? Kush was having heart surgery on Fri and by Mon is in the caff having coffee! Wtf #eastenders.'
MailOnline has contacted a representatives for EastEnders for further comment.
Ahead of his surgery, Kush was also proposed to by his girlfriend Denise, which he gladly accepted as he was wheeled off.
