BEX Fowler is set to be left devastated by her music teacher Gethin Pryce on EastEnders.
The pair have recently been seen getting close on the BBC soap – despite the fact their romance is forbidden due to him being her teacher.Last week on EastEnders, viewers watched Bex Fowler and Mr Gethin Pryce share a kiss in the aftermath of the gas explosion.
But despite their embrace, Bex, played by Jasmine Armfield, is set to be left devastated as she's rejected by her love interest.
In upcoming scenes set to air next week, the character will confess her true feelings for her teacher.
But Gethin lets Bex down gently and tells her he doesn't feel the same.
As well as insisting they can never have a relationship, Mr Pryce goes one step further and tells Bex he can't teach her anymore.
Bex actress Jasmine recently teased what fans can expect from the upcoming storyline.
She told OK! Online at the Animal Hero Awards: "I think either way, he is her teacher, so I’m not sure if it will be the best thing. He is fit!"Speaking about Bex's romantic history she admitted: "She’s always been heartbroken.She’s never really had anything so she just wants anything to clutch on to. She’s like, 'Oh! Male attention, I’ll just take it'."
Whilst Jasmine admitted that no one will be happy with their romance, the soap star hinted at another possible twist.
