In a wedding exclusively covered by OK! Magazine, the gorgeous brunette revealed she was "on cloud nine" since the ceremony, which took place in front of 120 guests as the sun began to set on the popular holiday island.
Wearing a beautiful champagne wedding dress with exquisite floral detail, the soap actress looked absolutely breathtaking as she shared her vows with the love of her life, before dancing until the early hours of the morning with all of her close friends.
"On the day I couldn't wait to get down the aisle and marry Matt.
"I was like, hurry up, I want to get married! I wasn't nervous walking down the aisle, which was strange as I can't walk down a red carpet without wanting the ground to swallow me up."
