Binky, 27, said the photo "was not something new mothers want to see" as the bikini photo wasn’t a realistic image of motherhood.

"It’s a bit in your face," the reality TV star, who welcomed daughter India with boyfriend Josh ‘JP’ Patterson in June, explained to new! magazine.

"Cheryl hasn’t been in the public eye since having the baby and so she’s looking amazing now. That isn’t real life."
She continued: "I was papped breastfeeding with a blanket over me and looked truly exhausted, and that’s what mummies want to see - not someone lounging in the sun.
"But good on her, you can’t bash anyone for wanting to get their body back

And since the jaw-dropping snap emerged online, Liam has now revealed the secret behind her epic physique – even taking some of the credit himself.

"She has a system she does and it works very well for her," he told The Sun. "She’s worked very hard for what she’s got and it’s an inspiration for everyone out there. She inspires me."

And when it comes to working out, Liam said the pair "fuse" together to maintain their fitness.
"I work out all the time – we’re quite a fit family," he added. "We’re very energetic so we have to find somewhere to fuse that energy."
