Atiku had documented an appeal before the presidential race court to challenge the re-appointment of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Atiku's legitimate group is driven by Livy Uzoukwu with 31 different legal advisors.
In its reaction as the main respondent for the situation, INEC said the appeal was not marked by a legitimate expert tried out the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
The discretionary body said the outcomes Atiku professed to have surveyed were "concocted" exclusively for the request, including that it never transmitted outcomes electronically.
"That the Petitioner's Petition, List of Witnesses and List of Documents as recorded are uncouth and should be struck out as same were not marked by a lawful expert took a crack at the Supreme Court of Nigeria and authorized to rehearse in Nigeria," read INEC's reaction to Atiku's appeal.
Talking with columnists in March, Uzoukwu had said the legitimate group of the PDP presidential competitor had adequate actuality to back its case.
The appointive umpire, in any case, supplicated that the request be struck out for absence of skill.
