The unknown gunman was caught on CCTV as he carried out his grisly murder at an eatery, in Maracaibo, Venezuela.
Before entering the cafe, a little girl can be seen loitering in the doorway.The hitman, wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses, grabs her by the arm and moves her away before walking into the dining area.
He turns to his victim, named as Climaco Segundo Uriana, 34, and pulls out a gun from inside his shorts. The hitman aims his weapon at his target and fires four shots to drop his victim to the ground before fleeing the cafe.
According to Venezuelan news website Noticia Al Dia, authorities have linked Uriana to a criminal organisation known to operate near the Venezuelan border.
