An access-all-areas scene showed the Grammy-award winner, 31, bending over as a female friend made an injection into her bottom.
The scene showed the fearless star pulling down her trousers and flashing her thong as she prepared for the injection.

Elsewhere in the documentary, she is seen topless while getting ready in her dressing room for her Super Bowl performance.

One heart-breaking revelation from the flick is that the star fears she may not be able to have children as a result of her chronic pain condition, fibromyalgia, and a hip operation she had in 2013.

The singer laid her personal and professional life bare in the insightful flick, including in a distressing scene where a tearful Gaga voices one of her worst fears - not being able to have the family she so fiercely desires.

The Born This Way hit-maker, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, sobbed as she said: 'I don't even know what child birth will be like.

'I think I can get pregnant, I just don't know - what are my hips going to do? I don't f****** know.'

But the brave performer showed defiance in the face of her poor health, adding: I'm not afraid of those things.'
