The President of the Church, Reverend Amos Kiri stated this in a press statement made available to the media in Kaduna yesterday.
Kiri who spoke at the opening ceremony of the annual convention of the gospel missionary singers, said charity begins at home; therefore there is need for parents and guardians to always checkmate the activities of their children and wards
According to him, the aim of the programme was to remind the teenagers of the need to love and leave in peace with everyone irrespective of any difference
On the issue of agitations, he enjoins all Nigerians to support President Muhammadu Buhari in his quest for peace and unity in the country, reverend Kiri also call on aggrieved parties to table their issue for dialogue as according to him there will never be development in an atmosphere of rancor
In his remark Director HEKAN gospel missionary organization HGMO Johanna Galadima said rebellion against constituted authority is an act of indiscipline, and that becomes necessary for the church to train its youths and teenagers on respect for the rule of law
