Fashion world surprises us with new staff turnovers non-stop. This time French fashion house Givenchy is in the limelight thanks to its recent announcement of the new creative director – Clare Waight Keller.
Clare who has recently deserted the same post at Chloe will now focus on Givenchy menswear, womenswear, couture and accessories.Clare is the sixth creative director of Givenchy and the first woman ever to be appointed to this post. The fashion house executives have high hopes for her special vision and creative manner.
“She has this great ability to break the rules and innovate without making a revolution,” commented Givenchy chief executive officer Philippe Fortunato. “Her very focused approach will help the brand in building the ongoing momentum we have – and taking it to the next level.”
