She had been delighted with her 32E bust following the surgery, but has since revealed that her assets have grown naturally in the time that has passed since the procedure.

'Weirdly my boobs have grown again since then,' Casey told Closer magazine, adding that she now believes she is back up to a 'EE or F' cup.
Seeming to embrace her boosted bust, however, Casey oozed body confidence in her sultry ensemble as she headed out for the evening overseas.

The former TOWIE star, who had shed two stone in seven months after her upping her fitness regime last year, teased a look at her bust in the revealing number, along with her svelter figure.
