Trade Missions
Many exporters feel unready to venture into a new market without making an overseas visit first. A visit gives an opportunity to build up a fuller understanding of a country as a possible market.
Visits can be privately arranged with potential client companies, planned from market research studies; as fact-finding missions or by joining a Trade Mission or Europartenariat event.
Trade Missions enable companies to visit international markets as part of a well-organized group of like-minded business people. Most Chambers led missions to benefit from travel subsidies through support from the Department of International Trade (DIT).
Chamber led Missions
Chambers can help you and your company achieve your exporting goals. Prior to a visit experienced staff help you with research and will liaise with the British Embassy before and during the visit, so ensuring the maximum publicity.
An experienced mission leader is on hand throughout - and vitally - after the visit to help with the follow-up that will ultimately determine whether the mission has been a success for you.
