In the video, Keaton is seen asking his mom how in the world people find joy in hurting innocent people. "Why do you find joy in taking innocent people and finding a way to be mean to them?" Keaton asks tearfully. He adds, "It's not okay."
When asked by his mom what people do and say to him. He said; 'They make fun of my nose, they call me ugly and say I don't have any friends"
