Guan Guangjing, the oldest survivor of the Nanjing Massacre, passed away at the age of 100 on Sunday, leaving the number of registered survivors of the holocaust at less than 100....
Guan Guangjing was born on April 18, 1917. He witnessed a household of four generations being killed in an explosion in 1937.
He has four daughters and two sons. The year 2017 marks the 80th anniversary of the Nanjing Massacre, in which more than 300,000 Chinese were killed by Japanese invaders who occupied Nanjing on Dec. 13, 1937, marking the start of six weeks of destruction, pillage, rape and slaughter in the city.
