NBA President, A.B Mahmoud - Hijab Issue Will Be Addressed Soon

As the debate on whether or not female Muslim Law students and lawyers are permitted to wear a hijab while adorning their wigs and robs continues
, the president of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Abubakar Mahmoud, says the debate is unnecessary and that the issue will soon be addressed,
Mahmoud said this against the backdrop of the current debate on social media following the refusal of the Nigerian Law School to call to bar a female Muslim student, Firdaus, who refused to remove her Hijab at the call to bar ceremony on Wednesday December 13th.
