Man Arrested For Flogging His Neighbour To Death

49-year-old Garba Tukura pictured above, has been arrested by the Niger state police command for allegedly flogging his neighbor, 65 year old Musa Wassa, to death.......
in their compound in Zazzaga Village in the Munya Local Government Area of the state.
According to the state police command's spokesperson, Peter Sunday, Garba and Wassa had a heated argument and in the process, Garba picked up and engine belt and used it to flog Musa. The man slumped and was rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.
Garba has confessed to the crime and has been charged to court.
