The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party has appointed the Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, as chairman of its 145-member campaign council for the Ondo State Governorship Election slated for October 10.....
This was contained in to a notice released by the National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, Kola Ologbondiyan, in Abuja on Wednesday.
The party also named Zamfara State Governor Bello Mattawale, as the deputy chairman of the campaign council.
National Financial Secretary of the party, Alhaji Abdullahi Maibashira, was appointed a Secretary of the council. The council also has all serving PDP governors, some former governors and members of the National Assembly as members.
