Orezi said he hailed a taxi on Bolt's application on December 6 with Lagos air terminal as his goal. The artist was en route to Delta State where he was to perform at a show.
The artist said he napped off while in transit to the air terminal just to wake up to a fender bender on the Third Mainland Bridge.
Days after the mishap, Orezi shared a video of himself on Instagram wearing neck support.
"I saw my life streak directly before me," he said in the video.
His legal advisors, Abimbola Fakeye Chambers, said Bolt will be sued if the N100 million isn't paid inside seven days.
His legal advisors stated: "The pointless hardship, loss of pay, doctor's visit expenses spent and all the more critically, demise alarm emerging from this episode has required this letter and we have been told to utilize each legitimate way to recuperate sufficient and due reward.
"Our customer, in this manner, requests the whole of 100 million Naira as harms for death alarm, hospital expenses, personal time and lost salary occasioned by the careless and careless demonstrations of the jolt driver.
"You have 7 working days from the receipt of this letter to pay the expressed entirety of N100, 000,000.00 (One Hundred Million Naira) to our customer, bombing which we will find the fundamental court activity to recoup the aggregate."
