The Commission said it will arraign Bello toward the finish of his residency.
INEC National Commissioner and Chairman Voters' Education and Information Committee, Festus Okoye, made the divulgence yesterday in Abuja.
Okoye expressed that Bello was at present protected by the resistance statement, which secures him against any type of arraignment.
He called attention to that the three INEC laborers who were arraigned in the senator's twofold enrollment have been expelled.
Okoye stated: "The instance of twofold enlistment against the Kogi State senator has not been relinquished, however, there is nothing the commission can do now since he is still under invulnerability. Yet, when the invulnerability terminates, the commission will meet and make a choice on the following line of activity.
"We began with our laborers who were ensnared in the twofold enlistment, first; while we need to hold up until the representative stops to appreciate insusceptibility, which secures him against arraignment.
"There are different stages included. You need to explore, arraign and convict or absolve. You can't simply infer that one is blameworthy or guiltless without depleting the whole procedure. Along these lines, when we get to that scaffold, we will cross it."
Review that Bello had November 2019, told the Federal High Court Abuja, that he was prepared to safeguard himself in the claim of twofold enrollment confined against him by Natasha Akpoti of the Social Democratic Party, SDP.
