The pastor, who was charged on five tallies verging on taking, was condemned to a year and a half in prison for three of the counts favored as a detriment to him.
The indictment group drove by Adekunle Adeniyi from the state Ministry of Justice, told the court that Opaalade took nine turkeys and a goat having a place with one Oluwasegun Hammeed.
The examiner called five observers and displayed two turkeys and charms recouped from Opaalade just as an announcement composed by the respondent.
Justice Adijat Oloyade, in her judgment, saw the respondent as blameworthy of three of the five checks and in this way condemned him to year and a half's detainment on every one of them or a choice of paying N10,000 fine for every one of the tallies.
