The occurrence happened at Absolute in Agbado, Ifo LGA on Saturday.

Representative Abimbola Oyeyemi, a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) said Babatunde detailed that the couple had a minor difference when Kasali denied his better half from going to bring water when he needed to.
"He expressed further that the contention prompted a fight between the two, subsequent whereupon the presume to beat the perished to a trance-like state. She kicked the bucket while in transit to the doctor's facility.
"Upon the report, Agbado Divisional Police Officer (DPO) Olatunji Omonijo, a Chief Superintendent (CSP) drove his investigators to the scene where the suspect was secured.
"On cross-examination, the suspect professed to be a butcher and that he has been out of occupation for a few months now and the spouse was exploiting that to disregard him.
"The carcass of the injured individual has been saved at Ifo General Hospital funeral home for after death examination, while the issue has been exchanged to manslaughter area, State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID)for further action," said Oyeyemi.
